Natalie Herr has extensive work experience in senior leadership positions. Natalie started working at ReedGroup, a Guardian company, in 2016 as the Vice President of Operational Performance and Finance. At ReedGroup, they held these roles simultaneously until their tenure ended in 2022. Prior to their time at ReedGroup, Natalie worked at Hewitt Associates as the Chief Financial Officer for the Absence Administration Division from 2013 to 2015.

Natalie Herr obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Texas at Tyler, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
