Alice Harra serves as the Associate Dean of Students and Director of the Center for Life Beyond Reed at Reed College since July 2015, where significant advancements in student outcomes and holistic advising models have been implemented. Prior to Reed, Alice directed employer engagement at Northwestern University and held several leadership roles that included the Interim Director of University Career Services. Alice’s extensive experience in higher education also encompasses roles at McGraw-Hill Higher Education, Pearson, and Prentice Hall, with a focus on marketing, recruitment strategies, and career services. Additionally, Alice worked as an executive coach and educational advisor in Malaysia, contributing to organizational development and strategic planning. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Agnes Scott College.
