Jayasri R. has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Jayasri began their career as a Customer Service Executive at CatchThatBus in 2016, where they handled customer queries, resolved disputes, and ensured accuracy in payment gateway issues. Jayasri then joined UOB Centre of Excellence as a Senior Officer in 2018, where they received training in UOB Credit Cards and managed customer queries through phone calls and emails. In 2019, Jayasri returned to CatchThatBus as a Customer Service Executive, taking on additional managerial duties due to a vacant position. Jayasri recreated customer service email templates, resolved disputes, and acted as a mediator between customers and bus operators. In 2021, they joined FashionValet Group as a Customer Service Executive, responding to customer inquiries through various channels and managing returns and exchange requests. Currently, Jayasri works as a Customer Service Agent at Reebelo since 2023.
Jayasri R. received their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Malaya, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
In addition to their degree, Jayasri has obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed a Diploma in Customer Service from Alison - Free Online Learning. Jayasri continued to enhance their skills by completing courses such as Interpersonal Skills - Introduction to Soft Skills, Stress Management - For Relief From The Stress of Work, and Practical Excel 365 for Beginners, all from Alison - Free Online Learning. These certifications were obtained in June 2021, February 2021, and July 2021, respectively.
Most recently, in April 2023, Jayasri acquired two additional certifications: Advanced English 501 and The Essentials of Working From Home, both from Alison - Empower Yourself.
