Nigel Peck has a diverse work experience in the field of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Nigel started their career in 1992 at Toyota UK, where they worked as a Group Leader Senior and Trainer, specializing in Weld Quality and Production. Nigel later joined Lean Coaching Ltd in 2010 as a Lean Coach, focusing on Shop Floor Management and delivery improvements. In 2015, they worked as a Lean Manufacturing Consultant at Bond Offshore Helicopters. Nigel also had roles at Redzone Production Systems, where they served as a Continuous Improvement Coach and a Production Systems Coach, helping customers implement Redzone deployments and achieve lasting bottom line savings. Nigel's expertise lies in coaching, process optimization, and headcount reduction activities.
