Michael Myers has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Michael worked as a Business Unit Manager at Kraft Foods Group from 2002 to 2013. Afterwards, they served as a Factory Manager at Nestlé Waters North America from 2013 to 2015. Michael then became the Director of Operations at Hammond's Candies in 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of Plant Manager at Checkers Safety Group. From 2017 onwards, they joined QAD Redzone and held positions such as Production Systems Coach and Operational Excellence Lead Coach, where they specialized in implementing Redzone deployments and driving continuous improvement in the Food & Beverage sector. Overall, Michael has a strong background in operations management and has demonstrated success in various industries.
Michael Myers obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Electromechanical Technology/Electromechanical Engineering Technology from Sauk Valley Community College, where they studied from 1986 to 1988. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Northern Iowa, where they attended from 1992 to 1994. In addition, Michael obtained a certification as a Redzone Certified Frontline Operator from QAD Redzone in July 2023.
