Currently, they hold the role of Operational Excellence Coach at QAD Redzone, where they apply their knowledge of the Food & Beverage sector to lead the deployment of Redzone solutions. Israel is responsible for training, continuous improvement coaching, and facilitating Kaizen initiatives to deliver bottom-line savings and embed continuous improvement practices.
