Vova Marchev is an experienced software architect and technical lead currently employed at Redwood Software since March 2024, with prior roles including Senior Java Software Engineer positions at both Academy Smart Ltd. and JFrog. Vova's professional background includes significant leadership and development roles at TransVoyant, AjaxSwing, AgileEngine, Screenster, CloudWorks LTD, and Teamwork Commerce, where expertise in developing enterprise software, web applications, UI testing automation, and supply chain solutions was demonstrated. Vova co-founded Genius Labs, contributing to user and application management systems. Academic qualifications include a Specialist's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnical Institute."
