Fred Darlington has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as a Manager at Redwood Oil Company, Inc. since 2012. Prior to this role, Fred held various positions at Longs/CVS from April 2000 to January 2012, contributing to the management team by supervising employees, handling merchandise, and ensuring high levels of customer service in the sporting goods department and as a photo lab technician. Additionally, Fred was a Store Manager at Harbor Freight Tools from 2005 to 2012, where responsibilities included operating the store, managing profit and loss, labor budgets, and adhering to standard operating procedures. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Penn State University, earned between 1973 and 1977.
