Mario Parada is a seasoned Senior Process Engineer currently working at Redwood Materials since July 2022, focusing on copper foil plant engineering. Previously, Mario held various roles, including Metalurgista de Planificación Producción at Minera Zaldívar, Independent Consultant in process engineering, and Geometalurgista de Procesos at Minera Centinela. With extensive experience in metallurgical processes, risk management, and quality control, Mario has contributed to project administration and operational supervision across multiple companies, including Minera Los Mantos, Anglo American, and BHP Billiton. Mario holds a degree in Civil Metallurgical Engineering from Universidad de Concepción and has completed additional education at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and the European Mineral Engineering Course.
