Jon Haider, PE, PMP is a highly experienced design manager specializing in the engineering and construction of factory and battery recycling facilities. Currently, Jon serves as the EPC - Design Manager at Redwood Materials, overseeing the design management of new factories. Previously, Jon held key roles at McKinsey & Company, providing expert guidance on factory design and industrialization projects, and at Northvolt as the Director of Factory Design & Technical Services, leading the engineering team for various factory projects. Jon also has extensive experience from Tesla as a Senior Design Manager, managing multi-disciplinary design for new facilities, and in earlier positions has managed various engineering projects and teams across multiple sectors, including telecom and structural engineering. Jon holds an M.S. in Structural & Earthquake Engineering from UCLA and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
