Isaac Thomas is a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Redwood Materials, where responsibilities include leading the Power Electronics Mechanical Team and managing thermal management for high-capacity power converters. Previously, as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Redwood Materials, Isaac spearheaded initiatives to in-source the design and construction of large industrial equipment, significantly reducing costs and lead times.
