Ashley Seaward is a skilled professional in state policy and government relations, currently serving as the State Policy and Government Relations Manager at Redwood Materials since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at PeopleForBikes from February 2019 to October 2024, including Director of State + Local Policy and Sustainability Lead, where responsibilities included leading the policy agenda for infrastructure, access, and environment within the US bike industry. Additional experience includes roles at Boulder County Public Health as a Regulatory and Policy Analyst and Air Quality Intern, as well as a Graduate Consultant for the City and County of Denver, where contributions included the authorship of an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure & Policy Guide. Early career experience includes an internship with the US Environmental Protection Agency focused on NEPA compliance. Ashley Seaward holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
