Michelle Mainez has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations in the healthcare industry. Michelle currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Redwood Family Care Network since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Executive Director of Community Engagement and Development at the same company from March 2021 to April 2022.
In 2018, Michelle worked as the Vice President/State Director for ResCare in California until December 2020. From 2001 to 2018, they held the role of Regional Director at The MENTOR Network. Their earlier experience includes working as a Consumer Services Coordinator at Inland Regional Center from 2000 to 2001, and as a Case Manager/Program Manager at ARC from 1997 to 1999.
Michelle is also involved with the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL) as a member starting from May 2023. WBL is a nonprofit organization that brings together women executives in the health care industry.
Michelle Mainez obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University-San Bernardino in 1999. Michelle then pursued a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the same university, completing it in 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Talent Strategy: Hiring, Engaging, and Rewarding A+ Talent from Emeritus in 2023.
