Fadi Freiha, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Compliance for US Advisory & Global Monitoring at Redwheel, contributing to the development of compliance strategies and risk management frameworks since June 2020. Previously, Fadi held the position of Head of Compliance Monitoring at Pictet Asset Management, where leadership focused on effective compliance programs, and at Wellington Management, where multi-faceted governance projects were managed. Fadi's earlier career includes roles at JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and Sybase Inc. Fadi holds an MBA in Finance and Economics and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
