Viktor Ostapchuk has work experience as a Salesforce Developer at Redtag since August 2019 and at Nextview Consulting since January 2021. In addition, they worked as a Trainee/Junior Java Developer at Datamart Inc. from November 2017 to March 2018 and as a Technical Support Engineer at Airbites Ukraine from April 2013 to June 2017.

Viktor Ostapchuk obtained their Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Lviv University of Trade and Economics, studying from 2012 to 2017. In 2016 to 2017, they also attended Logos IT Academy for IT studies. Furthermore, Viktor has acquired multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) in December 2022, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I in August 2021, Sharing and Visibility Designer in March 2021, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II in August 2020, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in April 2020, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in October 2019. In addition, they received a Course Completion Confirmation from MongoDB in April 2019.
