Andy Naydenko has worked in various roles since 2012. Andy started as a Sales Manager at Unisystem, LLC in 2012, where they worked with small businesses and eventually enterprise clients. In 2015, they moved to Trinipos as a Business Development Manager, helping to bring to market a solution for automation of sales processes in the retail industry. In 2017, they became a Sales Manager at SiteImage, helping customers to open new opportunities for their businesses by designing their e-shops. In 2018, they opened a craft cheese shop, a dream they made come true. In 2019, they moved to Cerera Technologies as the Head of Sales. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Salesforce Consultant at Redtag, where they are passionate about solving clients' problems and providing them with reasonable solutions.

Andy Naydenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician from National Aviation University between 2006 and 2012. Andy also holds four Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification (2022), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2022), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (2022), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (2021).
