Francis Bowen is an experienced project manager currently employed at redT Homes since February 2021, where responsibilities include creating and bidding scope of work for multi-family and residential remodels, as well as managing contractors throughout project implementation. Prior experience includes serving as a property manager at NOVA Property Management from September 2017 to December 2020, focusing on tenant relations, maintenance management, and emergency services. Francis also co-founded DF Professionals, a local power-washing and staining company, overseeing employees and financial operations. As aquatics manager at Reston Association from June 2012 to August 2017, key duties involved staff management and pool operations. Francis holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Virginia Tech, completed in 2017.
