Melissa D. is a Lab IT Application Support Analyst at BioReference, with a focus on troubleshooting laboratory software issues and creating instructional training documents. Currently, Melissa also serves as a tutor in science, mathematics, and SAT/ACT preparation at the Morristown Huntington Learning Center. Previous experience includes an internship at The Walt Disney Company in a safety-critical role, assisting with guest communication, and an instructor position at Maker Depot Academy, developing curriculum for young students. Academic research experience spans multiple roles at Rowan University and the University of Connecticut, involving experiments related to biosensors and astrocyte mutations. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rowan University.
