Joseph Tolman is currently serving as an Intern Acquisitions Analyst at Redstone Residential since September 2023. Previously, at Parkwest Real Estate from February 2023 to July 2023, Joseph underwrote over $795 million in multi-family acquisitions while performing extensive proforma analyses and utilizing CoStar data for property assessments. Joseph also researched and implemented AI technologies, including ChatGPT and Google Bard, to enhance research and analysis. In September 2022, Joseph participated in the BYU Bridge Commercial Real Estate Case Competition, developing a financial model for a potential deal in Ontario, California. Earlier experience includes co-managing operations and increasing sales as a Sales Representative at Epic Exterior Services from April to August 2022. Joseph is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business from Brigham Young University, after prior studies at Stetson University and the College of Western Idaho.
