Lauren Johnson, MBA has been working in the Human Resources field since 2007. In 2007, they began their career as a Marketing and Management Strategist and Human Resource Manager at Hy Cite Enterprises, LLC. During their time there, they administered a broad range of human resource functions, updated and published the employee handbook, and received the Ambassador Award. In 2009, they were loaned to the United Way of Dane County as a Loaned Executive, where they managed United Way campaigns for over 60 Dane County companies and made presentations at corporate campaign rallies. In 2014, they became the Human Resources Director at 120 Sports, where they were responsible for multi-sport highlights, live-looks-ins, interviews, analysis, and commentary. In 2017, they moved to Stadium as the Vice President of Human Resources and then to RedShelf as the Director of Human Resources, where they helped to improve education through the use of digital instructional resources. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at RedShelf.
Lauren Johnson earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2004 and 2008. Lauren then earned a Certificate in Management Fundamentals and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Marketing from DePaul University between 2012 and 2013.
