Pankaj Shiwotia has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Currently, they are employed as a Principal SQA Engineer at RedSeal, Inc. starting from September 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Coriolis Technologies Pvt Ltd from April 2016 to September 2022, serving as a Member of Technical Staff.

From March 2013 to April 2016, they worked at Symphony Teleca as a Team Lead. Product Engineer - Test Development, where they were responsible for tasks such as weekly product health reporting, sprint management, and handling the defect management system (JIRA). Before that, they held the position of Senior Application Engineer - Test Development at Symphony Teleca from January 2010 to March 2013, performing similar responsibilities following the transition of MSC Software into Symphony Group of Technology.

In 2009, Pankaj worked as an Application Engineer at MSC Software, where they were engaged in creating test plans and reports, as well as preparing and executing test cases for various functionalities of the application.

In their earlier career, they held the role of Software Engineer at VJ Coresoft Pvt. Ltd. from August 2006 to July 2009, contributing to engineering services, software testing, and software development. Pankaj also briefly worked as a Sales Engineer at CSM Software in May 2006, primarily focusing on CAD/CAE (Moldflow) software sales.

Pankaj Shiwotia completed a B-Tech degree in Polymer Technology from Amravati University from the year 2000 to 2004. After that, Pankaj pursued an M-Tech degree in Plastics Technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) Chennai, affiliated to Anna University, from 2004 to 2006.
