James Phongsuwan has extensive experience in system administration, currently serving at Redport Information Assurance since May 2014. Previously, James worked at the University of Maryland from September 1998 to May 2014, where responsibilities included building and managing Active Directory domains, supporting over 300 clients across various operating systems, and overseeing a substantial operational budget. Proficient in both Windows and Linux environments, James has demonstrated expertise in network management, troubleshooting, and programming, along with a background in educational support as a Student Help Desk Administrator. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from both the University of Maryland Global Campus and the University of Maryland.
