Mike Waters is a seasoned Solutions Architect with extensive experience in software design and implementation. Currently employed at redPanda Software since October 2023, Mike previously spent over 20 years at Woolworths, where responsibilities included overseeing architecture for various initiatives such as Omni-channel projects, POS software replacement, and mobile app solutions. Mike also contributed as an Independent Software Consultant for the NSRI, enhancing their SMS callout system and management information systems. Early career roles included software development and programming at Investment Technology Solutions and programming positions that established a strong foundation in assessing business requirements and developing applications. Mike holds a Comprehensive Programming Diploma from the Computer Training Institute and completed Matric at Graeme College.
