Vildan Fazylov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the gaming and technology sectors. As the Founder and CEO of RedPad Games since January 2016, Vildan has taken a leadership role in game development. Prior to this, Vildan served as the Executive Director of Business Development at Araneo from 2009 to 2012, where initiatives for partnership opportunities were developed and company goals evaluated. Vildan also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at IT-Concept from 2007 to 2009, responsible for overseeing technological performance and strategic development. Earlier in Vildan's career, contributions were made as a Game Developer with Google between 2005 and 2007, specifically in the development of the acclaimed game "Eve Online."
