Dr. Peter Klein is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in various executive roles, currently serving as M&A EMEA at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and Managing Director | CFO at REDNET GmbH. Since April 2020, Dr. Klein has provided interim financial leadership for tyntec, specializing in KPI-driven strategies for communications platform as a service (CPaaS). Previous CFO positions include EnOcean and thinkstep AG, where responsibilities encompassed financial performance management, KPI monitoring, and budget planning. Dr. Klein has also held various leadership positions in legal departments at Software AG and IDS Scheer, and has entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Inlead-Partners GmbH. Dr. Klein’s educational background includes an Executive MBA from Kellogg-WHU, a Juris Doctor from Universität des Saarlandes, and a doctorate focusing on compliance and risk management from the University of Cologne.
