Sergey Palagutin is an experienced software engineering professional with a substantial background in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at both IntexSoft Software Development since June 2022 and REDNAVIS since March 2019, Sergey has previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Softeq from November 2021 to May 2022 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems from December 2017 to March 2019. Sergey began their career as an IT Specialist at IBA Group, where tenure spanned from August 2004 to December 2017. Sergey holds a degree from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
