Mike Feist is an experienced production and operations management professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as the Production Manager and Lean Facilitator at Redline Detection, Mike oversees daily operations of automotive diagnostic leak detection equipment essential in 160 countries. Previously, as Continuous Improvement Manager at TABER Company, Mike managed 90 operators and created 185 training videos to enhance safety and quality. As Plant Manager at Innovative Hearth Products, Mike led a 125-operator manufacturing plant and developed training materials to improve safety standards. Early in the career at DESA FMI LLC, Mike implemented process improvements and facilitated Lean training for multiple plants. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
