Steven Rhoden has extensive experience in operations management and leadership in various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Operations Supervisor at Redleaf Press since May 2007, Steven has successfully managed warehouse functions, implemented a product location system, optimized inventory processes, and maintained vendor relationships. In addition to experience at Redleaf Press, Steven has taken on the role of Band Leader for Handsome Midnight since January 2011, overseeing business operations, booking shows, and producing multiple CDs. Prior experience includes managing finances and marketing for the Green Sweater Society and serving as Assistant Manager at Donna Jean's Costume Emporium. Steven started in leadership roles as a Camp Counselor for the Boy Scouts of America, teaching essential skills to youth. Educational background includes a degree from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, emphasizing film, directing, writing, photography, and drawing.
