Joyce Volsch, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services at Redlands Community Hospital since June 2022. Previously, Joyce held the positions of Chief Nurse Executive and Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Ventura County Medical Center & Santa Paula Hospital from November 2021 to June 2022. Joyce's extensive experience includes serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Palomar Health and as ACNO at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital. From July 2011 to July 2017, Joyce was the Vice President of Patient Care Services at MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital Long Beach, and from 2006 to 2011, Joyce was the Executive Director of the Perinatal Institute at Loma Linda University Medical Center, overseeing significant operational responsibilities. Joyce's early career at Loma Linda University Medical Center includes various roles in pediatric hematology oncology nursing from 1988 to 2006. Joyce holds a PhD in Nursing, an MS in Nursing Administration, and a BSN in Nursing, all from Loma Linda University.
