Alexander Guerra is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and operations. Currently serving as a Service Desk Technician at REDiTECH since April 2022, Alexander previously held the role of Operations Representative at DGS from January 2019 to March 2023, along with experience as a Ramp Agent. Alexander's career began at the City of Omaha, where a position as a Maintenance Worker was held from June 2015 to July 2018. Additionally, Alexander was the Head Coach for Omaha Nitro FC from August 2015 to July 2016, focusing on player development for ages 10 and 11 through biweekly training sessions. Alexander earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha between 2013 and 2018.
