Matthew Green has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew started their career at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Food and Beverage Manager, where they focused on improving In Room Dining. Later, they worked as a Private Chef for Marryanne Campbel before transitioning to a role as a Customer Service Supervisor at Capital BlueCross. In 2014, Matthew joined The Hershey Company as a Food and Beverage Supervisor and later became the Food and Beverage Manager. Matthew was responsible for overseeing operations, leading a staff of 200 employees, and achieving annual goals exceeding $8MM. Matthew also played a key role in the expansion and implementation of Hershey's food service in various locations. After their time at The Hershey Company, Matthew worked as the Director of Hershey's Kitchens at Event Network, LLC, where they were responsible for driving the successful launch of the first franchise experience with The Hershey Company. Most recently, they served as the Director of Food, Beverage, and Retail Events at Di Bruno Bros., where they utilized their culinary expertise to curate high-quality products and create memorable retail experiences. Matthew is currently the Director of Business Development at Re:Dish Co.
Matthew Green obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Business Management from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, which they attended from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degrees, Matthew also holds certifications such as ServSafe Manager and ServSafe Allergen Certification from ServSafe Certified, and TiPS and RAMP Manager Certification from TIPS.
