Pat Donnelly serves as the Chairman and CEO of Veranex since May 2021 and has been the Chairman of the Board at Rediscovery Life Sciences since September 2017. Previously, Pat Donnelly held the position of Chairman and CEO at Advarra from December 2015 to February 2020 and was an Operating Partner at Linden Capital Partners during the same period. Additionally, Pat Donnelly led Aptiv Solutions as Chairman and CEO from March 2008 to June 2014 and served as President and CEO at PRA International from 1994 to 2007. Pat Donnelly holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Business from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
