Zdravko Donev is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Redis since October 2024, Zdravko previously held the same title at Quantive from May 2021 to October 2024, leading a cross-functional team in developing web applications and Go backend services. Zdravko's earlier experience includes leading software engineering efforts for robotic solutions at Ocado Technology and developing desktop applications for gaming at Decart Ltd. Education includes a Masterā€™s degree in Information Technology Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration, both from New Bulgarian University, complemented by secondary education in Physics from the National Gymnasium of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.
