Sallie Gamboa currently serves as the Head of Customer Education at Redis, a role held since April 2024. Prior to this, Sallie was the Director of GTM Enablement & Education at Zscaler, where responsibilities included leading a team to create engaging, persona-based learning experiences and launching a Digital Customer Experience team, achieving a consistent 60%+ open rate in communications. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Customer and Partner Education at Zscaler, where award-winning educational programs were implemented, and Manager of Training and Enablement at LogRhythm, co-chairing a customer experience initiative. Earlier experience encompasses managerial roles at Sling TV, contributing to the service's launch and product operations, as well as a management role at Dish Network, focusing on community engagement and instructional design. Sallie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Studio Art from Wake Forest University, supplemented by studies at Syracuse University in Florence.
