Gil Ben-nun is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and customer success management. Currently serving as a Support Manager at Redis since April 2023, Gil previously worked at WEKA from September 2022 to April 2023, focusing on installation and upgrades in both on-prem and cloud environments, as well as troubleshooting and monitoring solutions using Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker. At Redis from July 2017 to August 2022, Gil held the positions of Technical Support Team Leader and Technical Support Expert, managing crisis situations and providing solutions for Redis-related issues while fostering team development and customer autonomy. Prior experience includes roles at INFINIDAT as a Technical Support Specialist and at Mavenir in various leadership and expert capacities, supporting extensive Solaris/Linux environments and managing complex system integrations. Gil holds a practical engineering degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
