Michael Fogel is an accomplished forensic psychologist and the Founder & CEO of Redirect LLC, which focuses on preventing and responding to workplace sexual misconduct. Since August 2018, Fogel has led Redirect, working to address issues often overlooked in workplace environments. Fogel has extensive experience in forensic psychological evaluations and attorney consultations at both state and federal levels, with a practice established since July 2002. Previous roles include serving as Area Clinician for the DEA Chicago Field Division, Associate Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and Director of the Sex Offender Evaluation Unit for the Illinois Department of Corrections. Fogel holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
