Joanna Quach has a diverse and extensive work experience. Joanna started their career as a Clinical Needs Finding Intern at UC Davis in 2012. Joanna also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Tutor at UC Davis during the same period. In 2014, they joined Genentech, Inc. as a Manufacturing Science Data Systems Associate Engineer, where they worked until 2017. Joanna then transitioned to Genentech as a Roche Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (REMI) Business Analyst and worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined DocCheer as a Full Stack Engineer and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Redica Systems as a Data Engineer and has held both the roles of Senior Data Engineer and Data Engineer. At Redica Systems, they have been involved in various projects, such as migrating legacy data architecture to modern technologies, leading efforts in Python migration, and collaborating with experts and analysts for continuous improvement.

Joanna Quach obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 2010 to 2014.
