Hofni Gartner is an experienced data science professional with a strong background in machine learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing. Currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Red Hat since December 2022, Hofni specializes in NLP, LLM, and MLops over OpenShift and related technologies. Previously, as Data Science Team Lead at Promo.com, Hofni focused on client segmentation through clustering and classification methods while managing ETLs feeding into BigQuery. During a tenure at Sparks AB as Analytics Team Lead, Hofni oversaw a team producing insights and predictive models, as well as generating time-series ML and econometric models for trading strategies. Hofni's earlier experience includes roles at Wealthstone Capital, Tel Aviv University, and the Institute for National Security Studies, where significant contributions to algorithm development and econometrics education were made. Hofni holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
