Dustin Nguyen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, customer success, and restaurant operations. Currently serving as a Federal Inside Account Manager at Red Hat since January 2021, Dustin has also held a Sales Development Representative position. Active within Gain Grow Retain as a member and completed a Customer Success Apprenticeship with SV Academy, where Dustin received extensive training in customer success skills. Prior experience includes co-founding and managing dual concept restaurants, Sunday In Saigon and Yagút St., achieving significant sales growth and implementing operational systems. Earlier roles in management at Great American Restaurants and Chef Geoff's focused on optimizing operations and team management, culminating in impressive annual gross sales. Dustin holds an education from George Mason University - School of Business.
