Cynthia Greaux (Maier) is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in change management, operations, and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Core Business Platforms Change Management at Red Hat, Cynthia leads a team providing organizational change management and transformational initiatives. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Chief of Staff at Red Hat, as well as Sr. Manager of Finance Change Management, where Cynthia established change management services for the finance organization. Prior to Red Hat, experience at Cisco encompassed project and operations management within various teams, directing global operations and overseeing significant projects, including acquisitions and business intelligence services. Early career experience includes product marketing management at Sony Electronics and sales management at nStor Corporation. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
