Cory Oldford is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Linux administration and technical support. Currently serving as Support Operations Lead at Red Hat since June 2017, Cory has also held roles as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and OpenStack - Technical Support Engineer, providing support for major US telecommunications clients. Previous experience includes serving as a Linux System Administrator at Ubisoft, managing a vast network of over 8000 servers, and working as a Linux Administrator at PeaceWorks Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included designing and managing GNU/Linux based servers. Cory's early career includes roles in technical support and leadership within the Prairie Linux User Group. Education includes self-directed learning and formal training in Computer Programming and Software Development from CDI College of Business and Technology.
