Kieran Dines is currently the Co-Head of Business & Professional Services at Redgrave, where expertise is applied in supporting clients within the Services sector through Executive Search, Interim Management, and Leadership Assessment. Prior to this role, Kieran served as Director at InX, overseeing the Property & Real Estate and Manufacturing Executive Search practice, with a notable achievement being the successful placement of a Chief Operating Officer for a private equity-backed facilities management provider. Additionally, Kieran was a Director at Investigo, managing the Property & Real Estate business unit and ensuring P&L accountability while growing a senior-level recruitment business. Early in the career, Kieran held several roles at Michael Page, ultimately serving as Senior Manager and leading the Facilities business across London and the South East. Kieran holds a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Brighton.
