Prior to this, Oli worked at comparethemarket.com for over seven years, first as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Technical Lead. In these roles, they provided technical leadership to cross-functional teams, developed core services and libraries, and facilitated the adoption of mob programming. Oli also has experience in the gaming industry, working at Ninja Theory as a Senior Tools Programmer and then as a Tools Programmer. Their responsibilities included developing in-house software for video-game production, automating processes, and improving performance. Oli began their career as a Software Developer at Televirtual.
