Taryn Smith is a skilled professional with diverse experience in human resources, management, and education. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Redfish Lake Lodge since May 2020, Taryn coordinates the hiring process for over 80 employees and implements practices focused on diversity and inclusion while developing staff training and performance assessments. Previous roles include Store Manager, where Taryn managed inventory and trained staff, and Human Resources Coordinator for Taryn Smith Movement, leading yoga classes and retreats.
