Debbie Chou currently serves as Principal and Senior Manager at REDF, focusing on advising social enterprises to help Americans facing employment barriers due to racial inequities. Prior to this role, Debbie Chou spent over a decade at Deloitte in various positions, including Senior Manager in the Purpose Office Investment Strategy Team, where innovative solutions advancing Inclusive Prosperity were developed. As the Consulting Pro Bono and Skills-Based Volunteering Program Manager, Debbie Chou managed an $11M pro bono program, enhancing social impact through skills-based volunteering. Additional roles at Deloitte included Chief of Staff for the Strategy & Operations Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Consultant & Strategy Manager, where strategic initiatives and customer transformation projects were undertaken. Earlier experience includes being a Founding Member at Catchafire, a pilot program for skills-based volunteering, and a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman. Debbie Chou holds an MBA from Duke University with concentrations in Strategy and Social Entrepreneurship and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
