Bilal Faraj is an experienced R&D–Innovation Manager specializing in automation and process innovations at REDEX since July 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Automation Project Manager at SAINT-GOBAIN SEVA, where project management from inception through customer acceptance was emphasized, and as Process Specialist and Automation and Robotics Engineer at Faurecia, focusing on process improvements for production quality. Previous positions include significant contributions as an Automation, Robotics, and Programming Engineer at SAINT-ELOI MECANIQUE OUTILLAGE, and participation in machine design and improvement projects at BIC Graphic USA. Bilal holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytech Marseille and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Maintenance from Lebanese University.
