Rayni Brindley McMahon is an accomplished leader in the field of healthcare consulting, currently serving as the Founding Principal at Virtue Healthcare Consulting since April 2023 and as a Member at Chief since March 2022. Previous roles include Managing Principal at Consulting For Human Services, Vice President of Clinical Quality and Operations at Elemy, and Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, among others. With extensive experience in operational management and organizational development, Rayni has a strong background in change management, financial oversight of significant budgets, and directing various behavioral health services. Educational qualifications include a BS in Elementary Education from Penn State University, an M.Ed. in Mentally/Physically Handicapped from PennWest California, and a Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.
