Joselin Dayana Calva Campoverde is an experienced professional in organizational development and culture, currently serving as Senior Executive for Organizational Development and Culture at CONFIAMED S.A. since October 2023. In this role, responsibilities include designing and implementing performance evaluation and training strategies while attracting and retaining talent within the organization. Previous roles include Analyst of Organizational Development at SALESLAND, where Joselin executed labor climate measurements and developed specialized training plans, and Consultant of Human Talent at The Sign, focusing on team-building training and e-learning management.
