Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Redemption Cannabis since April 2024, Passerini has played significant roles in various organizations including the Executive Vice President of Business Development at 4Front Ventures and the Executive Vice President of Retail Operations at Mission Dispensaries. As a founding member and Lifetime Member of The ArcView Group, Passerini has been instrumental in shaping the legal cannabis landscape. Mark founded Om of Medicine to provide secure access to quality medical cannabis in Michigan and served as the Founding President of the Illinois Cannabis Industry Association. With a background in sales management across multiple industries, Mark has consistently demonstrated leadership in optimizing operations and driving revenue growth. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
