Thando Rathogwa is an experienced property valuation professional currently serving as an Acquisitions & Disposals Valuation Analyst at Redefine Properties since July 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Professional Property Valuer at Broll Property Group (Pty) Ltd from January 2016 to July 2023, where Thando conducted commercial property valuations across South Africa and Sub-Saharan regions for various private sector real estate clients. Thando holds certifications from the South African Council for Property Valuers Profession and has previously worked as a Candidate Valuer focused on commercial and industrial property valuations. Early career experiences include internships at Encha Property Services and MM Payne Architects, where responsibilities involved property management assistance and architectural project support. Thando completed a Bsc in Real Estate and Bsc (Hons in Real Estate, Property Valuation) from the University of Pretoria between 2011 and 2015, following education at Liberty Christian College from 2005 to 2009.
